Our Garden
We are committed to exploring the vast diversity in the plant kingdom and growing them personally in our chef's home and here in our garden at Marino restaurant.
We believe that growing things make us better cooks, more mindful of the fragility of Mother Nature, more in awe of its amazing varieties. We also learn how to maximalize the ingredients and reduce waste, even if we are sourcing from our farmers.
